What is Plexus Hub and why are we transitioning to it?
Plexus is our existing clinic-facing platform for e-ordering lab tests, standalone requests and consumables, and viewing results.
Plexus Hub is an enhanced version of E-Plexus, designed to:
When will the transition to Plexus Hub take place?
The cutover to Plexus Hub is scheduled on 31 December 2025. After this date, the current E-Plexus system will remain available in a limited capacity during the Plexus Hub stabilisation period, hence all new requests must be done in Plexus Hub.
Access and Login
Must Plexus Hub be whitelisted on my network?
Yes. Please work with your internal network/IT team to whitelist Plexus Hub, as only your network administrators are authorised to update internal security rules and whitelists.
How do I access Plexus Hub?
Plexus Hub can be accessed at: http://plexushub.sg you are encouraged to bookmark this URL for quick access.
Will my login credentials change?
Your username will remain the same. For existing E-Plexus users, log in to E-Plexus to retrieve your first-time password for Plexus Hub. For new Plexus Hub users, your first-time password will be sent to your registered email address.

Will there be training for Plexus Hub?
Yes. Clinics may book the following sessions from 5 December 2025, Friday:

Data Migration
Will data from the old E-Plexus system be moved to Plexus Hub?
Yes. All critical data such as patient demographics, advance orders, test codes and customised profiles, are migrated to Plexus Hub to support continuity of operations.
What will happen to the old E-Plexus system after the transition?
After Plexus Hub go live, our E-Plexus system will be placed in read only mode for an estimated stabilisation period of 3 months (1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026 ) so you can still access historical records. It will then be decommissioned.

What are the most significant changes I should be aware of?
E-Plexus features remain to ensure operational continuity. Plexus Hub introduces dashboards for quick insights on critical results and live order status updates upon login. It improves operational efficiency with enhanced keyword search for lab tests, standardised reporting and supports operational flexibility by enabling partial delivery of consumables. Detailed memos and user guides will be provided to clearly explain these updates.
